The USMNT plays for the quarterfinals tonight

The Round of 16 thinned the field fast over the weekend, and it wasn't kind to the hosts: Canada lost 3-0 to Morocco on Saturday, and Mexico was knocked out 3-0 by England at the Azteca on Sunday. That leaves the United States as the only co-host still alive — and they play Belgium tonight (Monday, July 6) at 8 p.m. ET from Lumen Field in Seattle, with striker Folarin Balogun cleared to play after FIFA dismissed Belgium's appeal. The other Monday match is Portugal vs. Spain at 3 p.m. ET.

How to watch is the same as it's been all tournament: both games are on FOX in English (free over the air with an antenna in most markets) and Telemundo in Spanish (also free over the air, and streaming on Peacock). Fubo is raising prices about $15 a month as its NBC channels return

If you stream live TV through Fubo, your bill is going up. Most English-language plans are increasing about $15 a month, and the cheaper Fubo Sports + News plan rises $9 (to $64.99). At the top end, Fubo Essential moves to $89 and Deluxe to $119. Households in markets with NBC Sports regional networks — New England, Philadelphia, and the Bay Area — will also see a new $15.99 monthly regional sports fee.

The cause is Fubo's restored carriage deal with NBCUniversal, which brings back NBC, Telemundo, and Bravo and adds the new NBC Sports Network. The increases roll out as those channels actually launch, not all at once — and they essentially reverse the ~$15 discount Fubo handed customers when it lost NBC back in November 2025. It's another data point in the steady climb in what watching sports costs, the bigger trend we dug into last week. MLB All-Star Week is a week away — and the Derby moves to Netflix

After Sunday's all-NBC/Peacock "Star-Spangled" slate, the next big baseball moment is All-Star Week in Philadelphia (July 10–14) — and this year it's spread across more services than usual, so it's worth knowing where each piece lands:

• Home Run Derby — Monday, July 13, 8 p.m. ET, on Netflix (new this year, part of MLB's new Netflix deal).
• All-Star Game — Tuesday, July 14, 8 p.m. ET, on FOX (free over the air).
• Futures Game — Sunday, July 12, on NBC; the HBCU Swingman Classic (July 10) and MLB Draft (July 11) air on MLB Network.

The thing to flag: the Derby and the Game are on two different services this year — Netflix for the Derby, FOX for the Game — so anyone assuming "it's all on one channel" could miss half of it.
